44th Annual Mendocino County Fair Wine Competition
August 2, 2023
Deadline to submit is July 17th, delivery date has been extended to July 21st
All Mendocino County appellation and sub-appellation wines are eligible. There is no limit to the number of entries.
At least 50 cases (120 gallons) of each entry must be commercially available on August 2, 2023.
Please submit four bottles of each entry.
A wine may be entered in only one category. Wines carrying varietal labels corresponding to varietal categories may not be entered in the other varietal category.
Wineries winning gold medals should be prepared to provide six bottles of the gold medal wine along with a representative to pour at the Mendocino County Fair in Boonville September 22-24th. We will work out a schedule for the Gold Medal winners to pour for at least one shift during the weekend.

Categories may be subdivided at the discretion of the competition director.

Registration, fees and wine must be received by Monday, July 17th. Late entries will not be accepted.
The entry fee is $75 per wine.
Early Bird pricing is $60 for entries submitted before July 1, 2023.
Please make payment online; we cannot accept checks.
Four bottles of each entry are required.
Ship (or drop off) wines for delivery between June 19th and July 17th.
