The onetime Schrader Ranch, purchased in 1993, was originally planted in pears. Grapes that follow pear trees have to work a lot harder. Instead of focusing on vibrant leaves and shoots, they push their roots deep into the ground in search of more nutrients and water. The rest of their energy goes straight into the grapes.

The Rivino vineyard now has 7 different grape varietals: chardonnay, merlot, cabernet franc, viognier, pinot blanc, syrah, and sangiovese. Rivino is known for their “Boujee Bubbly”, two zero dosage, brut natural style sparkling wines. One blanc de blanc, one rosé. Incredible taste, bright and dry, with tiny active bubbles that keep going all day long.

Gather at the Pond overlooking the Vineyards and welcome some incredible local chefs grilling up bacon like you’ve never had it before. Pair it with Rivino wines, and enjoy fantastic Blues by Blue Luke – the perfect way to celebrate Dad (or just yourself)!
