Certified organic farming, dry-farmed 65-year old Carignane vineyard and 6 acre block of Cabernet Sauvignon in Hopland.
10 acres of Sauvignon Blanc were planted in 1969 on Saint George root stalk. They were dry farmed and cane pruned on a 2 wire trellis.
